A Small Treat Bag for Creative Knockouts

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a wonderful week so far. In today’s post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Creative Knockouts. The theme for the next two weeks is ‘For the Kids’, and Polkadoodles as our generous sponsor offers 3 single digis to one lucky winner, so I really hope you will find some time to join us.

For this challenge, I made a small treat bag. The digi I used for this is called Wizardy Magic Little Dude. After coloring the image with markers, I fussy cut it. Then I made the bag. It’s really small and can hold two Hershey’s Nuggets. I don’t like to give too much sweets to children, so I always try to focus on nice packaging to distract them from the mingy portions :-) To close the bag, I grabbed some twine. Before tying the bow, I added the sentiment. The image I adhered using foam adhesives.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

A Pencil Holder for Penny’s Challenge

Hi there and welcome. I hope you have a fantastic week so far. Today, I’d like to share my DT creation for Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge. Our theme is as always Anything Goes, so I hope you will find some time to play along with us.

The image I played with for this challenge is called Rainy Day Owen. And I must admit that I wasn’t sure what to make. So, I just started with coloring the image with markers. While coloring, I decided to make a pencil holder that the recipient can use daily. The holder I made following Sam Calcott’s instructions on YouTube. To keep it simple, I just adhered the DP, image, and the computer generated sentiment and my holder was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny
